The ShapeSmart™ NP5 is designed for high performance traverse O.D. form grinding of cutting tool blanks such as drills, form tools, reamers, endmills, burs, as well as precision punches, micro and core pins, mold components, this machine combines rough and finish grinding in one pass to maximize productivity and minimize scrap.
The ShapeSmart™ NP5 is the world’s only patented pinch/peel grinding machine for grinding complex and simple profiles in one setup within 1 micron runout.
Ideal in the industrial, moldmaking, medical, electronic, semi-conductor, dental and woodworking industries.

The RPG plunge grinder is designed for the preparation of carbide, HSS or stainless steel blanks Ø 0.2mm (.008”) to 6.35mm (.25”). The RPG’s unique tool guidance system and T.I.R. wheel dressing on the spindle provide excellent surface finish and longer wheel life.
For blank prepration on micro tools, the RPG is a great economical solution.

The NanoGrind™8000XP is a dual-station grinding machine for double the output of blank preparation. Designed with two twin grinding stations and an integrated robot loader, the 8000XP tool grinder is a unique and efficient solution for high-speed blank preparation of micro drills, micro step drills and dental tools of Ø 2.0 mm (.080”) and  3.175mm (1/8”). Using the Rollomatic pinch grinding method, the 8000XP is incredibly flexible for combining plunge and pinch grinding between both stations.
