Automatic wheel teach

The automatic wheel teach system has been developed by Rollomatic using an acoustic sensor called Gap Control. The purpose of the "wheel teach system" is to take a precise, final measurement of the grinding wheel dimensions inside the machine. This is performed with the wheels rotating and ensures that the first piece ground is as in-specification as possible. This system is part of Rollomatic's EasySetUp program, offered with the GrindSmart range of 6-axis tool grinding machines.
