All our machines are completely assembled in house. The assembly shop is divided into several areas:

• A pre-assembly area: for all types of machine;
• Four final assembly areas, one for each family of products.

Our staff are our greatest production asset. Their technical expertise stems from their high standard of training and is maintained by rotating them between the pre-assembly zone and the final assembly zones.

Each fitter involved in pre-assembly or final assembly has complete assembly instructions in the form of descriptions with photos. The fitter himself carries out the full control and fills in the control documents pertinent to his part of the assembly. He is therefore completely responsible for the quality of his own work. All the control documents are then collected and filed in the archives for that particular machine.

A machine is only released after assembly once the following tests have been carried out and the documents collected:

• Quality chart
• Grinding test
• Full final test

Our straightforward yet rigorous organization has enabled us to deliver more than 6000 machines of very high quality.
