Votre mission :

• Assurer le service après-vente auprès de notre clientèle internationale après une période de formation approfondie dans notre entreprise
• Réaliser des dépannages et des révisions mécaniques et électriques auprès de nos clients dans le monde
• Assurer la formation de maintenance auprès de notre clientèle
• Occasionnellement, assurer la hotline du support technique pour nos clients

Votre profil :

• Formation de base en mécanique avec CFC ou équivalent, évt.  formation supérieure en qualité de technicien ES
• Age idéal entre 20 et 30 ans avec une première expérience en mécanique ou dans un poste similaire
• Connaissances dans le domaine de la machine-outil à commande numérique CNC, un plus
• Connaissances en électricité, un plus
• Titulaire du permis de conduire
• Etre flexible et disposé à voyager fréquemment (environ 50% à 60%)
• Etre autonome et avoir le sens des responsabilités
• Bonnes connaissances de l’anglais et allemand, un plus
• Connaissances d’Excel, Word et Outlook

Precision Technician and CNC Application Engineer

Job Summary:

Responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining and servicing Rollomatic’s specialized CNC tool grinding machines, including providing support to customers, installing the machines at customer facilities and training customers to use the machines.
Conduct operational research and productivity analyses and develop strategies for manufacturing improvements to Rollomatic’s machines, software and specialized tool grinding technology.
Provide support to customers in the operations management of manufacturing cutting tools and the operation of Rollomatic machines, grinding wheels and software.
Carry out test grinding and grinding demonstrations at the Company’s showroom to validate customer productivity and operational procedures.
Grind tools to customer’s specifications and prints.
Responsible for field service work on CNC controls, electrical systems and mechanical parts of the Rollomatic machines nationwide.
Telephone trouble shooting for customers on operational problems, grinding applications, CNC controls, electrical and mechanical systems.
Provide installations and maintenance on the new hydrostatic technology in conjunction with Rollomatic’s 9-axis CNC tool grinding machine.
Ensure that other service engineers have appropriate training and knowledge of machine service including calibration, software updates, mechanical upgrades.
Make decisions on what, where and who to repair spindles, motors and other parts, together with customer service.
Oversee and assist in the repair of spindles, motors and other parts, together with customer service. Oversee the tracking and flow of repair to Rollomatic SA and other vendors, together with customer service.
Assist in organizing inventory with shipping/receiving staff.
Suggest changes in the organization of inventory.
Assist in maintaining minimum/maximum quantities of inventory.
Suggest and organize the inclusion of new items in inventory as needed by demand.

Domestic and International travel required.

Field Service Technician

Job Summary:

Rollomatic is a Swiss manufacturer of CNC multi-axis Precision Tool Grinding Machines for the automated production of precision rotary cutting tools.

Rollomatic Inc is looking for a CNC field service technician to install, trouble-shoot and repair machine tools. The candidate should be particularly familiar with trouble-shooting electrical control systems, as well as have an  aptitude to carry out mechanical repairs such as ballscrews, rails, hydraulic systems etc.

The candidate will be required to spend about 70% traveling nation-wide to install and repair CNC tool grinding machines.

An individual with good presentation and communication skills is required as well as someone who can work independently and can motivate him/herself. Experience in the machine tool industry is necessary.

The candidate will reside within commuting distance to Mundelein, IL, USA. Re-location assistance will be provided if necessary. We offer a comprehensive benefit package, and competitive salary.

Ihre Aufgabe :

• Eigenständige Durchführung neuer Schleifaufgaben in unserem Versuchsraum
• Vorabnahmen der Maschinen und Schulungen  unserer Kunden
• Unterstützung unserer deutschen Kundschaft bei Anwendungsfragen  
• Kundendienst Hotline
• Reparaturen und Revisionen vor Ort beim Kunden
• Messetätigkeiten

Ihr Profil :

• Sie haben eine mechanische Ausbildung und/oder
• Arbeiteten bis jetzt an einer Werkzeugschleifmaschine
• Sie besitzen Programmierkenntnisse
• Kenntnisse in Elektrik wären von Vorteil
• Führerschein der Klasse B oder 3 (alt)
• Interesse und Freude an einer Reisetätigkeit
• Selbstständig und zuverlässig
• Französisch oder Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber nicht Bedingung
• Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS Office-Programme
• Bereitschaft auch für gelegentlichen weltweiten Einsatz.
