The same software is used by the tool designer, production engineer and machine operator. No different packages for different tools – instead VirtualGrind®Pro offers an integrated production environment with uniform user-interface developed with state-of-the-art technology.

VirtualGrind®Pro was designed on a foundation of 20 years of experience in cutting tool grinding – focusing on the needs of the customer and incorporating them into modern tool production. New software enhancements include a realistic 3D simulation of the machine, as well as tool support elements that, combined with the 3DCalc tool simulator, allow collision tests and “near-zero” setup time.

Import functions are now available for DXF files for tool, wheel and blank shapes. The export function of a complete 3D tool simulation allows step files to be exported into CAD programs to create tool prints. JPEG files as well as 3D viewer files can also be generated for customer review.
