• Flexible tool geometry
  An unlimited number of grinding operations can be defined with different parameters for each tooth, varying along cutting edges.
• Precise mathematical solutions
  Combined with the renowned precision of Rollomatic machines, this ensures the shortest path from initial design to first piece within spec.
• Cycle time calculation
  Realistic display of grinding time, rapid movement and total cycle time, using programmed feedrates.
• Flute grinding
  Simulate the flute in 2D, view flute grinding in 3D (motion of the wheel through the flute), as well as view the cross section of the wheel or the flute.
• ISO Easy
  Change sequence or add operations with drag-and-drop from standard and custom-made libraries.
• Wheel teach-in
  Wheel teach-in systems with unlimited number of different wheel shapes. DXF files of special wheel shapes can be imported, with visual aid for wheel adjustments during grinding.
• Import
  Tool dimensions and wheel dimensions from any database can be converted into a text file.
• Export .STP
  Create 2D and 3D tool drawings using a standard CAD program via the exchange format STEP (.stp) to scale directly from the 3D model. Use it to create tool prints for the floor or for customers.
• Export .JPG
  The 3D image can be saved in jpeg format for use as quotation support, order confirmation or customer verification.
• 3D viewer
  This application can be installed on any PC. It is the “viewing” part of the Rollomatic 3D simulator, and allows you to open a file (.scn) to view, rotate or zoom the cutting tool for inspection.
