The Concentricity Pro represents a totally new approach to concentricity gaging and provides guaranteed improvements in accuracy and efficiency. The combination of a special rotary drive (patent pending) together with our traditional "zero-error" carbide V-block system eliminates errors caused by typical gage mechanics.

This product offers concentricity gaging for use on comparators and contour projectors or as free-standing unit with dial indicator or laser scanners. A simple counter-weight on the driving roller of the Concentricity Pro guarantees the consistent movement of the tool being measured.

The basic unit features the following:

• Carbide "Zero-error" V-Block: For standard component sizes Ø 1.0 - 25.4 mm and length 28 - 100 mm
• Manual Rotary Drive: Non-slip roller allows parts such as cutting tools to be rotated slowly for more accurate measurement.
• Back Stop: To ensure that there is no axial movement during rotation, the special end-stop has a ball shape allowing only one point of contact on the center of the component.
