StickSmart - Automatic Wheel Sticking Device
A silicon-carbide or aluminum-oxide dressing stick is clamped in a device which swivels automatically into position for dressing whenever the program calls for it.
The dressing sticks can be of square or rectangular shape. When the device swivels into position, it places the sticks into upright position ready for dressing.
The wheel pack will then travel to the dressing stick and automatically dress itself. Various wheel shapes can be pre-programmed, so that the machine knows the exact dressing path and angle to follow.
