The dynamic steady rest system is unlike standard systems used today. Our automatic steady rest is programmable & adjustable to grind a variety of tool shapes & dimensions. It adjusts 5 different ways – horizontally, vertically, back/front, swivel, and tilt – for precision & accuracy no matter what you’re grinding. Combined with our new EasySetup method, the “Virtual V-block” feature allows you to setup the V-block & steadyrest on your PC and simulate the grinding process, perform collision checks, eliminate dry-run and increase machine uptime!
