A hydraulic pressure finger holds the tool firmly in place in the v-block, and our automatic steady rest is programmable & adjustable to grind a variety of tool shapes & dimensions. It adjust 5 different ways - horizontally, vertically, back/front, swivel, and tilt - for precision & accuracy no matter what you're grinding. Combined with our new EasySetup system, the "virtual v-block" feature allows you to program the v-block & steady on your PC during the design process, eliminating dry-run and increasing machine uptime!
