The RPG is a hydraulically-operated Precision Plunge Grinding Machine with a magazine-type loader. Ideally suited for high performance cylindrical infeed grinding of cutting tool blanks such as drills, form tools, reamers, endmills, as well as precision punches and micro pins. The RPG is designed for high repeatability and reliability to unattended production of tight-tolerance parts, with maximum uptime.

The RPG allows for both roughing and finish operations, achieving the highest possible concentricity and excellent diameter repeatability. Impeccable surface finish is achievable, along with short setup and cycle time, with 98% up-time.

It is a great match for the industrial, moldmaking, medical, electronic, semi-conductor, dental and woodworking industries, for cylindrical grinding using a diameter 200 mm (8") plunge grinding wheel.
