Plenty of power in a small package - the GrindSmart®Nano5 is a 5-axis tool grinding center, designed for the manufacturing of dental, dental-laboratory, medical and metal-cutting burs with Ø up to 6.35 mm (0.25") in carbide, stainless steel, steel or 2-piece construction. The Nano5 comes standard with Rollomatic BurCalc® software and Fanuc160i control with PC and 15" screen. The Nano5’s footprint is small and provides easy access to the grinding area, making it a powerful machine that doesn’t take up much room on your shop floor. The machine’s compact design and high-speed integrated robot loader ensure shorter cycle times.
