With a team of about ten collaborators, this department plays an essential role in developing and validating innovative manufacturing processes. By ensuring the maintenance and evolution of over 15 products and their multiple options, it guarantees optimal production. Each year, the department industrializes 2 to 3 new products and conducts around 300 improvement projects, contributing to Rollomatic’s operational excellence.
