• Management of strategic suppliers : Develop strong partnerships with our main suppliers and participate in audits to integrate new partners.
• Optimization of procurement processes : Contribute to analyzing Net Requirements Calculation (CBN) and prioritizing orders to ensure a smooth and production-aligned supply flow.
• Continuous improvement projects : Participate in initiatives aimed at reducing price gaps, optimizing delivery times, and improving overall supplier performance.
• Collaboration with R&D : Work on innovative projects to integrate new items and components into our machines, in close collaboration with our Research and Development department.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPI) : Analyze and pilot KPIs such as service rate, adherence to just-in-time, or backlog depth to ensure optimal performance.
