The SMART STACKER, an advanced automation solution, takes production autonomy to an unprecedented level in the industry. To highlight its capabilities, Rollomatic launched the SMART STACKER CHALLENGE: producing 2’250 endmills fully unattended. These tools are divided into various shank diameter and geometries and have been completed autonomously after the initial setup for all cutters by incorporating features offered in the “Road to Automation” program.
